The best thing about working as a quantitative consultant is discovering and solving difficult issues cooperatively. The process in which each team member learns from each other's expertise motivates me every day to push a project forward. I highly value a good relationship within the project team enabling shared project ownership among the team members.
I have a background in industrial engineering, with a focus on (service) logistics planning. I further deepened particular aspects of this field during my PhD research in which I linked maintenance and inventory planning with (re) design decisions of systems. The CQM projects that raise my enthusiasm are planning projects, including production planning and maintenance planning.
