CQM believes in independent thinking, entrepreneurship, and continuous development. To support that development, CQM has a Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board oversees the company’s policies and the general course of affairs within the organization. It also advises and supports the Executive Board and management team. With broad experience in business, innovation, technology, and operations, its members bring valuable insights, an external perspective, and strong professional networks.
In this way, the Supervisory Board contributes to CQM’s sustainable growth, with a focus on continuity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the development of our people.

Marco has extensive experience in distribution, logistics, and consulting. He previously held senior leadership positions at organizations including Albert Heijn, PostNL, and TNT Express. Through these roles, he has gained broad executive experience in strategy, HR, commercial management, and organizational development.

Ir. Wouter Lammerse

Founder & Member of the Board of Directors, BlueRock TMS
Following an international career at TNT, Frans Maas, and DSV, Wouter turned to entrepreneurship in transportation management software and data science. He founded and served as CEO of Eyefreight and later founded BlueRock TMS. This background gives him extensive experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology-driven organizations.
