Every day I am allowed to work on translating complex problems into mathematical formulations. I think that's so cool! I think it's great to work with the client to come up with a solution that not only applies in theory, but also provides real added value in practice. That interaction - between mathematical models and the (often) complex customer demand - makes my work enormously interesting.
In addition, we always work intensively with the customer and that substantive sparring gives me great satisfaction. I am convinced that only through close cooperation ultimately the optimum solution will be found. Cool to see how that leads to beautiful new things every time!
