I started at CQM in 1987 as a secretary, after which I made the switch to administration in 1992. I like to work according to a plan and the administration is very suitable for this. I want to do my work as well as possible, so that customers have few questions about the invoices they receive. And if they do have one, I will naturally be happy to help them further.
I therefore function best when things are organized and according to plan. With my secure way of working I try to exclude it as much as possible that I am faced with surprises. Partly thanks to my accuracy, I manage this pretty well! Despite the fact that most people do like it, surprises do not make me so happy. Satisfied customers, supporting colleagues and taking care of the correct administration, on the other hand, do.
