What is POB+?
POB+ is an extension to the IMI WMS that optimizes the picking process using smart optimization models. The algorithm rapidly calculates the best combinations and routes, taking into account factors such as walking distance, number of stops, handover points, aisle logic (e.g. entry and exit points, walking directions) and client-specific rules, like order grouping, customer separation or time-based priorities. The result? Fewer delays, higher throughput, and a more stable warehouse operation.
Its modular architecture also makes POB+ scalable and technically transferable to other environments.
