- Practical – Create Your Project Plan: Draft a plan for your own data project, refine it with feedback from peers and trainers.
- Theory – Learning from Data: Discover which graphs and statistics provide the clearest insights.
- In-class Assignment – Productivity: Apply your new analytical and visualization skills to realistic data in a practical case.
Day 2 (22nd of May 2025):
- Interactive Feedback: Review your productivity case from Day 1.
- Forecasting in Practice: Insights and examples from CQM’s project experience.
- Theory – Forecasting: Learn how to apply forecasting techniques effectively in a warehousing context.
- Warehousing Game: Take on the role of a WMS algorithm and compete with your peers to find the best solution.
- Theory – Simulation and Optimization: Learn how to use simulation tools in warehousing and understand the concept of a Digital Twin. Gain insights into how WMS algorithms optimize warehouse operations.
