In 2025, we asked our customers how they experience working with CQM. The results highlight what we’re known for: reliability, expertise, and solutions that truly work.

With an average score of 8.4 (on a scale from 1 to 10) and a Net Promoter Score of +60, we’re proud of the trust our customers place in us. It confirms that our approach meets the needs of organisations operating in an increasingly complex world.
Appreciation and insight
The evaluation of the statements clearly shows what we are valued for: reliability, expertise, collaboration, and the quality of our solutions.
In addition, the responses to the open-ended questions provided valuable insights into how customers view themes such as AI, data analysis and knowledge sharing. This inspires us to further strengthen our role as a sparring partner and solution-driven expert – in ways that align with the day-to-day reality of our customers.
