For me there is no better job than realizing value together with colleagues and clients, using mathematics and data. I have been working on this for around 25 years. Both from my own mathematical expertise, being optimization, and from the perspective of what is needed on the human side and technology to achieve lasting results. Often focused on logistics business issues, such as optimizing a logistics network, distribution, supply chain, production and transport. Besides working as a team to create maximum value, I also get a lot of energy from supervising and sparring with project or team leaders who try to achieve a lasting result together with their team.
