Really understanding something, contributing to solving complex problems through smart algorithms or analysis – that's what I like. Hence my background in econometrics (in the direction of Operations Research) and civil engineering (in the direction of Transport & Planning), and my graduation research where I developed a model that optimizes maintenance planning for trains.
In addition, I also like to interact with people: understanding the challenges they face on a daily basis, working together, and taking each other to a higher level.
I am therefore glad that I have found a place in the CQM family. In a friendly, yet ambitious atmosphere I have the privilege of not only working with that complex content, but also in a much wider area in the field of acquisition and advice, in order to add value wherever I can. A nice combination that will not get boring quickly!
